Chamelleon By CJN has a 14 day return policy. If for any reason, you feel that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (from the date the order was signed for). We will then give you a refund or an exchange, at your discretion. However, the following items must ALL be completed in order for us to be able to refund your purchase:
- All returned products much be in the same condition that we shipped them in, which means that they must be in “like new” condition.
- Call us to get a Return Authorization Number. Contact Us and we will take care of this with you.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please make sure that the Return Authorization Number is referenced on the external packaging, and also is referenced inside of the package. Without this number, we cannot process the return.
- It is up to you as to how you ship the product back to us. We will reimburse you for shipping only in the event that the return is due to an error, or an issue that we caused, such as a defective product, or a shipping error.
- You must purchase shipping insurance, and shipper tracking, as merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit to us will be your responsibility.
- Do not ship the package ‘C.O.D.’ or ‘Freight-Collect” or it will be refused. You must pay for the shipping. Please see 5) for shipping charge refund policy.
- Upon receipt of package, and if all the above conditions have been met, we will inspect the merchandise and advise if there are any issues. IF there are no issues or discrepancies with your return, the amount will be credited to your credit card. Depending on your Credit Card Company, it may take time for the refund amount to appear on your statement.
We suggest you print out the above list and check each one off to make sure that you don’t leave out any important steps.
NOTE: If a fraudulent claim is made against a processed credit charge, and the charge is proven legitimate, then we will pass on the fraudulent charges, as well as any other charges incurred in correcting the situation, back to the account holder.
